Greetings From SKSBU, Malaysia

Hi, finally we are ready for the project. To start off , allow us to introduce ourselves.

I am Madam Ng Bee Ling, the head of the English Panel of SK Seri Bintang Utara ( SKSBU ) The photo above was taken in Korea last year when we visited out sister school there.

In Malaysia , English is taught as a second language while our national language is Bahasa Malaysia. Our school is situated in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. It is a co-ed school with about 1100 students from Pre School to Year 6. The students' age range from 6 to 12.

We are one of the Smart Schools in Malaysia , therefore our niche area is ICT . In 2010 , our school was selected as one of the 20 High Performance Schools . We hope to expand our students globally to enhance their learning . To know more about our school, feel free to explore our portal which I have linked at the right hand side of this blog.

Next, let me introduce the English teacher for Year 2 B . He is Mr. Zainul and his students will be collaborating with students from Danson primary.

Hello everyone! My name is Nashret Kesvani and I currently teach Yr2 at Danson Primary in Welling. Kent. My initial intention in creating this blog was to enable some of our Yr3 students to begin communicating with a partner school in Malaysia. The project, however, took on a much larger role.If you would like to see our school, please look around our blog; Danson Global Contact.
